Welcome to The Answer Page/Pain Management, an educational resource for the
Pain Management professional. This site features The Question
of the Day, a daily question and peer reviewed and referenced answer
prepared by Harvard Medical School Clinical Faculty. Registered
users can earn Category I CME credit for using the site, with no
required quizzes or paperwork. Coming soon we will offer opportunities
to participate in online medical market research.
Our Audience
The Answer Page is designed for medical professionals.
Residents and fellows will find the questions to cover all the major
subjects in Pain Management over the course of a year,
and therefore represent a comprehensive review. The answers we provide
are all reviewed and referenced from standard texts and recent literature.
Practicing physicians and CRNA's will find The Answer Page useful
to stay abreast of core knowledge as well as recent developments
in their field. Finally, academic physicians will find The Answer
Page's Question of the Day a useful starting point for teaching
sessions with residents and fellows.
Using The Answer Page
First, use it daily! We post a different question every weekday
(and one over a weekend). There is a link to our peer-reviewed,
referenced answer, but we suggest that you think about the question
on your own, and discuss it with colleagues, teachers, or trainees
before reading our answer.
Miss a question? Trying to review a topic or prepare for an exam?
You may also use the back and forward arrows at the bottom of each
question and answer to view previous days' questions if you miss
a day. If you are reviewing material by subject, you can use the
search function to display previous
questions meeting your criteria for topic area, keyword, and/or
date.
Registration is optional,
but registered users will have special opportunities to participate
in online discussion groups, CME credit, online market research,
and raffles for gifts from TheAnswerPage. We respect your privacy,
and we will never reveal your name or email address to anyone without
your consent. You can register in under a minute by clicking here.
New users should carefully review the material on the disclaimers
page before using The Answer Page.
Educators agree that daily study is by far the best way to master
a subject. Our trademark is "Learn something every day!"
